Thursday Feb. 11th
Coaches can pick-up their passes and coaches packets from 3:00 to 6:00pm in front of the stadium by the BIG #2.
Friday Feb. 12th
Coaches and gymnasts can enter the facility at 7:00am for competition, the rest of the general public will not be able to enter until 7:30am.
Coaches and gymnast must show the proper credentials to be able to enter the facility. The coaches/judges "Thank You" party will be held in the stadium on the 2nd floor suite from 6:30pm until 11:00pm.
There will be food and drinks available, curtiousy of Arizona Sunrays (while it lasts).
Coaches, judges, and staff will need to have the proper credentials to be able to enter this party.
Saturday Feb. 13th
Coaches and gymnasts can enter the facility at 7:00am for the competition, the rest of the general public will not be able to enter until 7:30am.
Coaches and gymnast must show the proper credentials to be able to enter the facility.
The "ALL GYMNAST PARTY" featuring GOODER BAND will begin on the floor of the stadium after the last session.
All gymnasts are invited and will be allowed on the floor of the stadium right after the last session ends.
If a gymnast or parent has their badge or admission ticket from any session, they will be allowed in the building to enjoy this great time on the floor of a NFL Superbowl stadium.
There will be food and drinks available for purchase during this event. Bring your dancing shoes because GOODER will rock the house!
Sunday Feb. 14th
Same as Friday and Saturday on the entrance of coaches and gymnasts. It is Valentines Day and the Jumbotron booth will be running Valentine call outs that you can by to wish your significant other or gymnast a happy valentines day. You can do this all week and have them run it every day or just on Valentines Day on the huge Jumbotron inside the stadium! Meet ends at approx. 4pm.
